Baseball Hall of Fame inducts first members
On this day in 1936, Inaugural inductees to Baseball’s Hall of Fame include famous names of talent and temperament, including hitters Babe Ruth and Ty Cobb, and pitchers Christy Matthewson and Walter Johnson.
